Return Policy

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY?

  • A) Direct purchases from outofthelab.net – If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund (less the cost of shipping) or equal exchange with free shipping. No questions asked.
  • B) OUT OF THE LABTM purchases made at authorized retailers – Please return any unsatisfactory OUT OF THE LABTM purchases to the store or gym where you originally bought them, in accordance with the retailer’s return policy.

HOW DO I MAKE A DIRECT RETURN?

STEP 1

Please email support@outofthelab.net with the following information:

  • Name & address
  • Order number
  • Description of the items that you’d like to return
  • Brief reason for the return (e.g., damaged, product too strong, received the wrong item, etc.)
  • Refund/replacement preference
STEP 2

Once we have all of the pertinent information, we will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping address.

STEP 3

Ship the remaining unused product along with your return authorization number and a copy of your invoice/packing slip to the address provided in STEP 2. Once your valid return has been processed, we will promptly issue a refund or replacement.

How long does it take to receive a refund/exchange?

We aim to make the best out of a less than perfect situation, so we process refunds and exchanges as quickly as possible. We will notify you by email when your return has arrived and been approved.

From the time that a return is received and processed, a typical credit card refund takes about 4-5 business days (occasionally longer) with your bank. Exchanges are generally sent out within 24 hours of receipt of a valid return.
